The twelve principal Jyotirlingas shrine of Lord Shiva, unique for housing three faces - Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh - in a single shrine. The temple sits at the foot of Brahmagiri hill, above the Godavari source, and hosts the Shaiva Akharas' Amrit Snan on 12 September 2027.

Trimbakeshwar temple complex
The sacred tank within the Trimbakeshwar temple complex where the Godavari rises to the surface. Built by Shringeri Shankaracharya in the 18th century, the Shaiva Akharas bathe here in ritual order on 12 September 2027.

The area on the north bank of the Godavari where Lord Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana lived during their fourteen-year exile. Named for the five sacred banyan trees that once stood there. Encompasses Sita Gufa and the broader temple complex around Ramkund.

Kalaram Temple

Built in 1794 by Sardar Rangarao Odhekar, the Kalaram Temple takes its name from Panchavati's black stone idol of Lord Ram housed within its sanctum. It is one of Maharashtra's finest examples of Hemadpanti architecture and the site of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar's historic 1930 satyagraha.
